Orders are processed Monday through Friday only. we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address provided at checkout. this email serves as your receipt and will include your order number.
Please allow 4 to 10 business days for processing before your order ships. during collection launches, restocks, and other high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. in some cases, orders may take up to 10 to 15 business days to be processed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
After your order has shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days depending on the carrier and destination.
