Welcome to precisionprojects.shop (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any related services, content, features, products, and offerings provided by By Precision Projects LLC (“Precision Projects,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).

10. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Site pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Returns, Exchanges, and Final Sale Items
Any returns, exchanges, or refunds are subject to our posted return policy, if applicable. Certain items may be marked as final sale and may not be eligible for return or exchange.
We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policies.

- Your Submissions do not violate any law or the rights of any third party

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRECISION PROJECTS AND ITS AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Precision Projects and its affiliates, members, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
- Any Submission or content you provide through the Services
18. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time and for any reason, without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law provisions.
19. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Precision Projects regarding your use of the Services.
